1. Scope of Services:
Sharpes Movers provides moving, packing, and storage services as agreed upon in written contracts or service agreements. Additional services requested may incur extra charges.

2. Booking and Payments:
Customers must book services in advance and pay a deposit to secure their move. Full payment is required upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Non-payment may result in withheld delivery or additional charges.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before the moving date may incur penalties. Refund policies depend on the terms stated at booking.

4. Liability and Damages:
Sharpes Movers takes reasonable care to handle belongings safely but is not liable for damages caused by improper packing done by customers or unforeseen circumstances like accidents or weather delays. Coverage for damages must be detailed in optional insurance agreements.

5. Customer Responsibilities:
Customers must ensure clear access to premises, provide accurate information about items to be moved, and be present during the move to supervise and confirm details.

6. Dispute Resolution:
In the event of disputes, both parties agree to resolve matters amicably. If unresolved, arbitration may be pursued as outlined in the service agreement.

7. Amendments:
Sharpes Movers reserves the right to update terms and conditions without prior notice.
